I am looking for someone to build it and also provide some documentation or training on how they did it. I have experience in Excel but not to the extent that I could build this without a serious effort. Rather than doing this manually I would like to have an Excel solution where I can time in the project name, its dates and the corresponding timeline will build itself. A vertical template of a timeline works well to show the history of an era, country or project.
